Cancellation Policy

Classes: All bookings must be made via my website or app and payment is required at the time of booking. You can chose to book and pay for one class at a time, or purchase a package that gives you credits to redeem within a set period of time. Individual class bookings (booking and paying for one at a time) cannot be rescheduled or refunded, you are committing to this session. Classes packages will issue you with credits for the number of classes you have chosen. These sessions are to be booked in by yourself, and they do have an expiry date (please check the package details). Classes can be rescheduled by yourself in my app up to 12 hours before the classes start time. Late cancellations (within 12 hours) or no-shows will lead to that credit/session to be lost.
