I'm a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer with
25 years experience. Having competed at national and European levels in various sports means I have first hand experience in knowing what it takes to achieve results. 

 

That said, I find no better reward than coaching and supporting others through specifically tailored sessions that will finally bring them the success they’ve been dreaming of.

Over the years I have seen many trends and hacks claims ( 6 weeks abs etc .)

They come in like a tornado, take over for a period then die away or occupy a small corner of the world for some people, some of the time.  Some people may have success but many don’t! 

Over time, they come back in many variations, always being touted as “new” or “ground-breaking” when in reality they are just a reinvention of something old. Most not being backed by science…  

 

Real and consistent success ALWAYS comes from working on the foundations that work not the quick fixes. Hacks simply tricks that lack the foundation for long term success, or in fact, some fancy way to rehash the core principles and foundations.

Don’t sell yourself short on the chance of long term success, think consistency, patience and big picture.

​

That’s really the only cheat code.

​

The top performers are the consistent ones who turn up day after day, week after week, month after month and year after year being world class at the basics, not basic at the world class.
